“We have not really had a year-end review yet until this time because of the pandemic, I will not miss this chance to thank the staff of the hospital for being the real heroes that they really are,” Dr. Otayza said.
 
Later in the evening, the hospital’s covered court were filled with excitement and loud cheers as the Fellowship Night commenced. The employees dressed up with their best traditional Filipino attires as the program was themed “Pasko sa Nayon” to which Mr. Diego Ofiaza and Dr. Gretchen Ranada hailed the Best Dressed Employees of the Night.
 
Sangguniang Panlungsod Member Ms. Gwyneth Quidang graced the evening as the guest speaker. “My stint as the Chair of the Committee on Health of the Sangguniang Panlungsod in 2017, earned me a sit in the Multi-Sectoral Governance Council, with this, I was exposed to the nitty-gritty of how the hospital crafts and molds its guidelines and policies through the feedback of its stakeholders… I’am confident to say that MMMH&MC listens and listens well to its stakeholders,” Ms. Quidang emphasized.
 
Furthermore, awards and prizes were bestowed to all the winners of the different competitions and the most outstanding contract of service employees. And to wrap up the party, the most awaited announcement of the winners for the major prizes of the raffle draw came about.
 
As the fruitful year comes to an end, more fun and exciting things are yet to happen as the month long celebration of this yuletide continues. This is something that we can take our minds off from the hustle and bustle and bring back the fun, whimsy and joy this holiday season brings.
